You Are Loved
Love people, where they are, for who they are, and walk with them to an encounter with Christ.
Over the last three years, we have encountered so many people who truly believe they are beyond love. No one is or has ever been beyond God's love. God brought heaven to earth by sending his ONLY son, Jesus to be love embodied and in action. Jesus himself is the reason we are able to love and to be loved. Not because we loved God, but because he loved us first. It says in 1 John 4:10,
This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins." NIV

Inner NE Portland
Our neighborhoods are some of the most unreached and under-churched areas of Portland. I say under-churched because the community has been pulled around and pushed out for generations. Our community footprint stretches through four neighborhoods, two of which were the hub for the African-American community for nearly 80 years.
